James Clark entered a guilty plea to one count of driving while over the alcohol limit when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster in June after previously entering a not guilty plea to the charge at an earlier hearing. The court heard from prosecutor Mark Hambling that the 21-year-old had driven a silver Vauxhall Astra in Ledbury's Leadon Way while over the drink-driving limit on November 13. He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £625 and a £100 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime. Adblock test (Why?)
