Man found dead in Tower Hamlets park named as post-mortem causes more questions
A man found dead in an East London park last weekend has been named for the first time as Alan Semadeni. The body of the 39-year-old was found in Victoria Park in Tower Hamlets shortly before 10am on Saturday, August 10. Following a request from the council, police officers went to a wooded area near to Gore Road Gate where they found the body of a deceased man. The police have now identified the man to be Mr Semadeni, who was believed to be living within Victoria Park. A post-mortem was unable to determine the cause of Mr Semadeni's death. It remains under investigation by the police.
