Inside look at Mountain Warehouse's new Hereford store
The firm has been in the city for 15 years, but decided to make the move to a new 12,500 square foot site that previously housed Outfit, Wallis, Miss Selfridge, Dorothy Perkins and Burton.
Creating 11 new jobs, the new store features menswear, womenswear, kidswear, footwear and equipment split over two floors.
This summer, customers will discover bestselling ranges such as swimwear, camping furniture, hiking gear and accessories.
OTHER NEWS:
The premises had been vacant for two years after fashion retailer Outfit decided to close it after being at the Old Market from 2014.
Last February, Mountain Warehouse was told it could expand into the unit next door in High Town.
Herefordshire Council granted planning permission and listed building consent so that Mountain Warehouse could knock through into the old GAME unit, with that chain owned by Mike Ashley moving the new Sports Direct in Commercial Street.
With Utopia women's clothing shop ceasing trading in the former GAME unit next door, Mountain Warehouse wanted to expand and trade from the combined ground floor.
